The HR Project Manager supports the successful delivery of HR initiatives across the Life Sciences Platform. This role independently manages defined projects that impact HR systems, tools, processes, and HR transformation efforts, partnering closely with HR leaders, COEs, and functional stakeholders. The incumbent applies established project and change management practices to deliver results on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

This role is part of the Life Sciences Human Resources team and reports to the Director, HR Continuous Improvement. It plays a critical part of advancing the Life Sciences platform’s strategic priorities, including, but not limited to - HR transformation. It is a hands on, execution-focused role requiring strong collaboration, organization and problem-solving skills.

This role offers exposure to senior HR leadership across the Life Sciences Platform and the opportunity to build deep expertise in HR transformation, operating model evolution, and enterprise change. This is a USA remote role with a strong preference for East Coast time zone.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: 

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex HR initiatives, defining scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

  • Drive day-to-day execution and governance, keeping workstreams on track and escalating/resolving issues quickly.

  • Coordinate cross-functional partners and vendors, influencing outcomes and aligning on objectives, success measures, and decisions.

  • Support change management and adoption, including impact assessment, readiness tracking, communications, and reinforcement of standard methods.

  • Build visibility and insights through project management and analytics tools (e.g., Smartsheet, dashboards, automation), translating data into executive-ready updates.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in project management, HR, or a closely related function.

  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with defined scope and timelines.

  • Working knowledge of HR processes, systems, and operating models.

  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Up to 20% domestic or international travel as required.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Formal training or certification in project and/or change management, with experience supporting HR transformation, operations, shared services, or HR technology initiatives.

  • Familiarity with DBS tools and continuous improvement methodologies, applied in practical, business-facing environments.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using structured thinking to navigate complex challenges.

  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

The salary range for this role is $160,000 - $180,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay
