The Role

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven HR PMO Manager to lead our talented team of project managers. This role ensures the successful delivery of impactful HR initiatives and projects that align with the organization’s strategic priorities and goals.

  • Team Leadership: Build, inspire, and manage a high-performing team of HR Project Managers. Foster a collaborative environment that emphasizes accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Program Execution: Driving end-to-end delivery of HR initiatives, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across departments such as IT, Finance, Legal, and Operations to deliver integrated solutions that create value for the organization.
  • Governance & Reporting: Develop and maintain robust frameworks for project governance, risk management, and performance tracking. Provide transparent and data-driven updates to executive leadership.
  • Focus on Results: Drive a culture of results-based management, ensuring that all programs deliver tangible business outcomes, enhance employee experiences, and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Change Management: Champion effective change strategies to ensure the sustainable adoption of programs across the organization.
  • Continuous Improvement:  Evolve PMO practices to reflect best-in-class methodologies, tools, and delivery models

What You'll Bring

  • 5-7 years of proven experience in leading teams, ideally within a HR PMO, M&A employee integration or project-based environment.
  • Strong expertise in program governance, project management methodologies, and portfolio management within HR.
  • Exceptional ability to manage cross-functional collaborations and build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on results and value creation.
