Job Description SummaryIn this role, you will be responsible for executing on muliple HR processes and supporting the HR team across all HR service categories including onboarding, offboarding, Oracle data maintenance, reporting, metrics and more. Develop an in-depth, wing-to-wing knowledge of company HR operations systems & processes. This role requires emphasis on data integrity and analysis to support key HR decisions while providing coverage and support as needed. Identify and resolve operational issues and support process improvements. Promote “Best in Class” service while developing effective relationships and working cross functionally with internal teams and suppliers.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Guiding employees through their lifecycle/onboarding / offboarding / etc. moments that matter by advising them in respective HR matters and completing administrative tasks in the internal HR systems. Understanding their questions and issues, advising them in a professional way and handling their queries in a timely manner
  • Creating respective documents that support the regulations of the country-specific legal environment
  • Ensuring excellent customer experience, employment related data changes and documentation to provide end-to-end customer care
  • Answering / and delivering service through a ticketing system
  • Being proactive in handling process gaps that you face and being involved to find a solution and participating in process improvements (we are keen advocates of the Lean methodology when changing our processes for the better). Actively participating / driving the team to bring ideas, and advocating for a culture where we challenge the status quo
  • Being able to work independently, support and mentor others in the team by giving insights, training, and sharing expertise
  • Being aware of interdependencies and business impacts, able to represent your sub-process in projects and among cross-functional stakeholders
  • Able to deal with complex process issues & lead discussions to solve problems as the team’s first escalation point.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related Business degree from an accredited university or college is advantage
  • Fully professional Polish and fluent, upper intermediate level of English language knowledge both verbal and written
  • Experience in HR Operation processes with demonstrated achievements
  • In-depth knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements
  • Ability to work in a complex and rapidly changing work environment across multiple stakeholder groups, with comfort and efficiency
  • Ability to communicate effective through written and verbal communication and consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional manner
  • Demonstrated effectiveness to prioritize between tasks with different deadlines, complexity
  • Experience working with Workday and ticketing system
