HR Learning Operations Analyst - Workday LearningLocation: This role can be Remote anywhere in the US or Hybrid in Newport News, per Company Policy.
Primary Responsibilities
- Implements, maintains, and supports learning technologies (e.g., Workday Learning) for training delivery and administration on behalf of Ferguson Academy/training department.
- Recommends and creates Workday Learning campaigns in alignment with business needs.
- Partners with business units to consult on learning deployment strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Provides end-user support and guidance for learning-related processes and system navigation.
- Coordinates with HRIS for escalations involving complex configurations, reporting, or security.
- Supports adoption and communication efforts related to learning initiatives.
- Facilitate components of talent and learning process to ensure they run smoothly, are current, include system testing, reports, communications, knowledge articles, and learning resources.
- Deliver key metrics, reports, and partner on after action reviews of talent and learning processes.
- Performing functions within Workday Learning, to include but not limited to Workday Learning course / session builds, course drop / add requests, Learning catalog maintenance.
- Assist with miscellaneous Workday Learning requests such as assigning Learning Partner / Learning Instructor security, waive learning, maintaining drop / waive reasons, course topics, etc.
- Support the administration of work through utilization of third-party system to generate and distribute credentials, preparing assessment debrief tools, invoice review and chargeback management, etc.
- Focus on delivery and supporting a positive user experience as processes and projects are created and built with integration, sustainability, flexibility, and maintenance in mind.
- Workday Learning module experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related area of study.
- 2+ years of experience in HR preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 software (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to drive work to completion.
- Self-starter with outstanding verbal & written communication skills.
- Experience working in a fast paced, high-growth company preferred.
- Ability to prioritize many work tasks concurrently.
- Ability to develop solid relationships and influence without authority.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Confident, entrepreneurial spirit, who enjoys diving in headfirst.
- Ability to work with all levels of associates, with minimal direction, in a dynamic environment

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
