As an intern at Takeda in Zurich, you will have the opportunity to tackle real-world business challenges, build valuable connections, engage in many events and activities and receive guidance from experienced mentors as you develop your skills and advance your professional career.
Project Outline:
• You will be working in our international and friendly HR Team
• You will support major projects and tasks dealing with the digitalization and optimization of HR toolkits, guidelines and internal knowledge management system. For instance, you will support the HR team with Employee Relation Case Management, Employee Experience Survey Analysis, Employee Relations Analytics Standardization, Digital Enhancement and New Joiner Orientation.
• The earliest start date for the internship will be August 2025 with an anticipated length of 9 months
What you bring to Takeda:
• Curiosity and collaboration skills will ensure you effectively handle your projects and make a valuable impact
• Active enrollment at a university or a university of applied sciences or a recent graduate (within the last 12 months) in HR or business
• Using appropriate communication, you will provide updates and reports on your activities, essential for steering your work and integrating into the team
• Must be authorized to work in Switzerland without the need for additional immigration sponsorship, housing allowance or relocation requirements
• Good analytical and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities in a multicultural environment
• Proficiency in English is a must, French language as a plus
• Previous experience in digital transformation or optimization initiatives in HR is a plus
