Job Title: HR Intern

Job Description:
Galderma is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team for the summer. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources management, employee engagement, and change management within the pharmaceutical industry. The intern will work closely with various teams to support key projects and initiatives that drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Design and Change Management: Design a series of events (e.g., engagement meetings with leadership, celebrations, in-office luncheons) and a change management plan to encourage more employees to return to the office in Boston. Explore the possibility of mimicking these initiatives across other locations to drive in-office attendance.
Mentoring Program: Establish a mentoring program for Galderma US, including a review of potential technology platforms (e.g., Mentor Click) to leverage for the program. Develop a change management plan to roll out the initiative and drive mentor enrollment, addressing the typical limiting factor of lack of mentor enrollment.
Job Description Standardization: Ensure all roles within the organization have an updated and standardized job description (JD) on file. This includes reviewing existing job descriptions, identifying missing or outdated ones, and implementing a new JD template. The intern will work cross-functionally, utilizing Workday Org Charts, collaborating with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and leveraging AI tools to draft and refine job descriptions.
Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.

Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.

Interest in employee engagement, change management, and human resources management.

Previous internship or work experience in a related field is a plus.
