Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, or Contract
Salary: $70,000–$95,000 annually

The HR Generalist manages HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration, supporting a positive and effective workplace.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Manage employee records and HR compliance
  • Support benefits administration and payroll coordination
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • HR experience required
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and compliance
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Must live in the U.S. and be authorized to work in the U.S.
