Summary
As an HR Business Transformation and Agile Lead, Vice President you will leverage strong business consulting and program management skills to lead strategic, high-priority, cross-functional initiatives within Global Human Resources (GHR), including leveraging artificial intelligence to implement new human capital strategies, redesign operating models, automate functions and processes, and remediate operational and regulatory compliance issues. The initiatives will often require a combination of AI enablement, process reengineering, data analysis and technology automation.
This Boston-based, full-time role operates in a hybrid model, requiring a minimum of four days per week in the office.
Responsibilities
- Business Transformation: Leverage AI to transform the employee experience and GHR’s operating model, including driving the use of AI within the Agile team and across GHR functions, processes and teams
- Strategic Program Leadership: Lead the design and execution of high-impact initiatives that span multiple GHR Centers of Excellence (COEs), engaging executive management, managing cross-functional resources, and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
- Business Consulting: Apply business acumen, data-driven insights and best practices to develop innovative and effective solutions to complex challenges and unique opportunities
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate program updates and strategic insights to senior leadership, management committees, and regulatory forums through clear written communications and compelling presentations
- Consulting Methodology: Apply structured business consulting approaches to define the purpose and expected outcomes, frame the problem / opportunity, understand root causes, generate innovative ideas, synthesize analysis and recommendations, and manage change
- Project Management Discipline: Manage initiatives with consistent project management discipline to ensure effective governance, scope management, project planning, milestone tracking, resource management, status reporting, communications, and risk management
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Conduct in-depth data analysis, combining disparate structured and unstructured data; synthesize results into effective reports and dashboards
- Execute with Speed and Agility: Rapidly mobilize the appropriate resources, stakeholders and subject matter experts to align on the problem / opportunity, identify potential solutions and move forward in a fast-paced, iterative manner
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in program management and / or business transformation
- Experience with employing Artificial Intelligence in a business context
- Knowledge of Human Resources disciplines, processes, systems and policies in a global context
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder programs with strategic impact
- Strong business and consulting acumen with experience in structured problem-solving
- Strong influencing, relationship management and collaborative skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in an environment with tight deadlines and significant level of ambiguity and competing priorities
- Demonstrated good judgement, problem assessment, solutioning and decision-making capabilities
- AI and analytical skills with proficiency in AI tools, data analysis and business intelligence (e.g., CoPilot, Power Automate, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Salary Range:
$110,000 - $207,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the location above, the applicable range could differ.
