About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Client Services department. This role will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and colleagues across the United States and Latin America (LATAM), ensuring a high-quality employee experience across the full lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—while driving consistency, compliance, and strong employee relations practices.


You’ll partner closely with leaders to align people strategies with business goals, while also rolling up your sleeves to execute on core HR processes in a globally distributed environment.

What You’ll Do:HR Partnership & Advisory

●     Serve as the primary HR partner for Client Services leaders and colleagues across the U.S. and LATAM

●     Coach leaders on performance management, feedback, and development conversations across geographies

●     Use data and insights to inform decision-making and identify regional trends

Employee Relations

●     Act as a trusted resource for colleagues and leaders across multiple countries and cultures

●     Manage and resolve employee relations issues with fairness, consistency, and compliance with U.S. and applicable LATAM labor laws

●     Conduct investigations as needed and recommend appropriate actions

●     Proactively identify risks and partner with leadership to address them early

Onboarding & Offboarding

●     Partner with Talent Acquisition and leaders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for colleagues across regions

●     Support new hire integration, including role clarity, cultural alignment, and early engagement

●     Oversee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and trend analysis

●     Identify opportunities to improve the employee lifecycle experience globally

Performance & Talent Management

●     Support performance review cycles, promotions, and talent planning across geographies

●     Partner with leaders to identify high-potential talent and development opportunities

HR Operations & Compliance

●     Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable employment laws across the U.S. and LATAM

●     Partner with internal teams (Payroll, Legal, Talent, etc.) on cross-border HR processes

●     Support policy updates and communication across regions

Culture & Engagement

●     Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture across a distributed workforce

●     Partner on engagement surveys and action planning across regions

●     Support initiatives that enhance employee experience and retention globally

What You Bring:

●     3+ years of HR experience, including experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist

●     Experience supporting multi-state U.S. populations in a remote environment (preferred)

●     Strong business acumen and ability to influence leaders at all levels

●     Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

●     Excellent communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills

●     Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Rippling or similar) is a plus
