- 10+ years of experience as an HR/People Business Partner supporting leaders in a global, fast-paced tech or healthcare environment.
- Experience supporting a U.S. employee population; familiarity with U.S. employment practices and regulations.
- Proven ability to build from the ground up—programs, processes, and structures—while balancing strategic vision and tactical execution.
- Strong knowledge across multiple HR disciplines: org development, talent management, performance, ER, compensation, DEI, and change management.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels and influence in a matrixed, global environment.
- Highly data-driven approach with strong analytical skills.
- Empathy, discretion, humility, and a people-first mindset aligned with Aidoc’s mission and values.
