This HRBP role will be responsible for providing strategic and operational human resources leadership in Wilmington and Chelmsford to enable the Fabs to achieve its vision and objectives. This role will directly support the Managing Directors at both locations and lead all HR initiatives in the respective sites, in addition to having oversight for the whole population in each location (exempt and non-exempt) leading change while supporting positive employee relations.

This position operates in a 24x7 manufacturing environment requiring on-site presence and the ability to flex working hours when needed. The candidate should enjoy and excel at operating in a fast-paced business while implementing strategic initiatives with employees and managers at all levels and working globally with HR colleagues.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall ADI, Operations (GO&T) and COEs strategies. Advises managers & supervisors, providing feedback on personal leadership & organizational effectiveness. Executes workforce strategy initiatives & change management plans to meet organizational objectives.

Employee Relations: Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, business planning, LOA, workers comp., etc. Connects with employees to optimize work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity.

Performance Management: Advise and coach line managers on performance management, support initiatives and knowledge share best practice with them. Supports cross-functional HR projects and programs.

Talent Champion: Oversee the talent acquisition process for both sites (for exempt and non-exempt), ensuring that the write fit and profiles are aligned, the best candidates are selected and keep an outstanding alignment with Talent Acquisition CoE.

Compliance: Ensure all company policies and procedures are in line with current employment law and ensure line managers are up to date, following and respecting all norms, policies and regulations as well as lead any required investigation. Build and keep alignment with EH&S in order to ensure safety remains a top priority. Champion and support a safety-first culture.

Training and Development: Work closely with line managers to identify training needs and trends within the business and develop and deliver training sessions as necessary.
