The Role

  • We are seeking an HR Business Analyst to support a focused SAP SuccessFactors-related initiative, with a primary emphasis on the Brazil HR application migration into SAP. This role will play a key part in business analysis activities, working closely with project and program leads to gather, analyze, and document Brazil-specific requirements and ensure successful integration into SAP SuccessFactors.
  • You will act as a bridge between the HR team and Brazil regional stakeholders, ensuring the successful migration and alignment of Brazil HR applications into SAP. While the broader SAP SuccessFactors program provides the overall framework, your core responsibility will be delivering the Brazil implementation workstream. This role combines technical HR systems expertise with strong stakeholder engagement and project coordination.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead requirements gathering and analysis for the Brazil HR application migration into SAP
  • Translate Brazil-specific HR processes into clear system requirements and functional documentation
  • Support system implementation activities including testing (SIT/UAT), integrations, compliance, and data validation for the Brazil workstream
  • Coordinate defect logging and track resolution during Brazil-focused system testing phases
  • Partner with vendors and internal teams during configuration, setup, and enhancement activities specific to Brazil requirements
  • Support the project manager in delivering the Brazil migration workstream, including documentation, process mapping, and readiness activities

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with HRIS platforms, ideally SAP
  • Strong understanding of the hire-to-retire employee lifecycle
  • Experience documenting requirements, process mapping, and stakeholder management
  • Analytical capability with experience in data analysis and problem-solving
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English is required, with the ability to lead Brazil stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering

  • Experience supporting Recruitment or Talent Attraction systems and processes
  • Exposure to global or multi-region HR transformation programs
  • Experience supporting system configuration activities
  • Familiarity with HR compliance and payroll integrations
