Responsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Support HR reporting and compliance tasks
- Respond to employee inquiries efficiently
Requirements:
- Prior HR or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with HRIS systems a plus
- Must live in the U.S. and be authorized to work in the U.S.
