Position Overview

Support client organizations with full-cycle, high-volume recruiting and talent acquisition strategies during periods of growth, transformation, or transition. This role is built for someone who thrives managing significant requisition loads across multiple roles, levels, and locations at once, without losing sight of candidate experience.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver modern, human-centric HR solutions that improve workplace experiences

  • Support client engagements with a focus on delivery excellence, strategic alignment, and outcomes

  • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle

  • Apply consulting, project management, and communication best practices

  • Partner with livingHR Principals and client stakeholders to deliver value

  • Track billable and full-time work output and maintain accurate project documentation

  • Align people strategies with broader business objectives

Talent Acquisition
  • Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting across roles, levels, and multiple concurrent requisitions

  • Partner with hiring managers on hiring strategies and pipeline prioritization at scale

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to reduce time-to-fill across high-volume roles

Candidate Experience
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experiences, even at high requisition volume

  • Support employer branding and engagement efforts

Recruiting Operations
  • Track recruiting metrics and optimize hiring processes

  • Maintain ATS hygiene, data accuracy, and pipeline velocity across a high-volume requisition load

Role Requirements
  • Proven experience recruiting in high-volume environments (e.g., managing 20+ concurrent requisitions)

  • Experience working directly with clients in consulting, professional services, PEOs, or agencies

  • Strong internal HR or functional expertise across relevant disciplines

  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and advisory skills

  • Comfort working across multiple concurrent engagements and shifting priorities

  • HR certifications or platform certifications preferred where applicable

  • Willingness to travel occasionally as client needs require
