Sailor Health is on a mission to solve the mental health crisis among older adults. In the United States, older adults have the highest suicide rates of any age group yet receive the least mental health care. By 2030, over 65 million seniors will make up nearly a quarter of the U.S. population, creating one of the largest and most urgent challenges in healthcare.
Sailor is building the healthcare platform for happier aging. We connect older adults to world-class therapists and AI-powered care agents, fully covered by Medicare. Our AI-native operating system powers seamless care coordination, real-time clinical insights, and insurance billing - enabling therapists to spend more time delivering compassionate care.
We are growing quickly and have partnered with Medicare to offer affordable and exceptional psychotherapy to hundreds of patients. We are honored to have the support and backing of world-class founders behind the world's largest healthcare companies.
⭐ About the RoleLocation: Remote (US Only)
We’re hiring a Healthcare Business Analyst (0-5 years of experience) to join our team at Sailor Health to build the backbone of care delivery. This is a unique opportunity to grow inside a fast-moving, mission-driven company where your work has direct, visible impact — on the patients we serve, the therapists we support, and the systems we're building to scale both.
You'll work across strategic projects across many functions in the company – spanning clinical operations, care coordination, payer operations, and many others. You'll work with leadership to move faster and deliver on our promise to bring high-quality mental healthcare to older adults who need it most.
💻 Your Key ResponsibilitiesSupport clinical operations: Help build and maintain the workflows that get patients and therapists onto the platform smoothly and quickly. You'll assist in tracking onboarding performance, identifying bottlenecks, and improving the experience for every new patient we serve.
Track key operational metrics: Monitor and report on the metrics that matter most — retention, NPS, clinical outcomes, and billing performance — helping leadership understand what's working and where to focus.
Contribute to care coordination and product feedback loops: Work with clinical and product teams to translate frontline data into insights that improve how therapists deliver care, how patients stay engaged, and how our platform evolves to support both.
Collaborate on product roadmap: Work with engineering and design to turn frontline insights into product features that power care coordination, therapist tooling, and patient engagement.
You're an A+ player: You care deeply about your work. Whether in the classroom, on a team, or in a prior role — you have a hunger to win. You want to be the best and help your team do the same.
0–5 years of experience: Whether you're coming straight out of college or bringing a few years of analytical or operational experience, we welcome both. What matters more than tenure is drive and rigor.
Close attention to detail: You catch errors others miss, take pride in clean work, and understand that in healthcare, accuracy isn't optional.
Comfortable with numbers: You've worked with Excel or Google Sheets and can turn raw data into a clear takeaway. Experience with SQL or other analytical tools is a plus.
AI-fluent: You actively use AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Loveble, or others to work faster and think better – and you're excited to be part of a team that's building AI into the future of care delivery.
Mission with impact. Help bring life-changing care to a population that’s too often overlooked.
Remote-first team. Enjoy the flexibility of remote work while staying closely connected with a thoughtful, collaborative team rooted in purpose.
Growth and ownership. Be part of a small, agile team where you’ll take initiative, shape key processes, and grow as we grow.
Make someone’s day – every day. Your work helps older adults and their families feel seen, supported, and cared for.
