User Acquisition is one of our core growth engines. We operate at scale across Meta and Google, and drive acquisition through web funnels and subscription models.
Our UA model is increasingly automation-driven:
- Meta runs on in-house automation and decision algorithms
- Google direction is actively scaling with room to build deeper systems and automation
- funnel experimentation is tightly integrated with product and analytics
We work with a performance-based compensation model that allows us to pay at the top of the market for real impact.
What You'll Do:
- Own UA strategy and performance across Meta and Google
- Own acquisition through web funnels and subscription flows
- Define channel architecture and scaling frameworks
- Drive spend growth with ROI / LTV discipline
- Lead UA automation and system development: evolve Meta automation model, build Google automation and structure
- Build UA operating model and performance standards
- Hire, structure, and develop UA team
- Raise execution quality and experimentation velocity
- Partner with product, analytics, creative, and funnel teams
- Align UA experiments with funnel and product experiments
- Own portfolio-level performance metrics
In Your First 3 Months, You Will:
- Take ownership of UA channel performance and structure
- Audit Meta, Google, and web funnel acquisition systems
- Define scaling and efficiency roadmap
- Identify major growth and efficiency levers
- Align UA, funnel, and product experimentation loops
- Assess UA team capability and hiring needs
- Define automation and system priorities
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing
- Proven UA leadership experience
- Deep hands-on expertise in: Meta Ads, Google Ads, web funnel acquisition
- Experience scaling large paid acquisition budgets
- Experience with subscription / B2C digital products
- Strong systems and experimentation mindset
- Experience building UA frameworks and processes
- Experience hiring and developing UA managers
- Comfortable owning revenue and efficiency metrics
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
- English B2+
