The Head of Tradeify TV will manage and scale a live media division, overseeing production and content strategy for a YouTube channel focused on trading.
About Tradeify.co
Tradeify.co is a dynamic and innovative global fintech on a mission to make trading accessible to everyone. We are a fast-growing force in the proprietary trading industry, empowering traders by providing significant capital, data-driven insights, and cutting-edge trading technology.
With a team of over 50 serving 50,000+ traders worldwide, we are scaling quickly, broadening our product portfolio, and investing deeply in the tools that help traders succeed. We are deeply rooted in a culture of quantitative analysis, rigorous risk management, and perpetual learning. To help us build a vibrant and engaged trading community, we are launching Tradeify TV as a premier, real-time media platform for traders, by traders.
The Role
Tradeify.co is seeking a Head of Tradeify TV to own, operate, and scale our live media division. This is not a typical producer role. This is a high-impact leadership position for a hybrid individual who is equal parts data-driven Product Manager, operationally-excellent Program Manager, and hands-on YouTube Producer.
You will be the "product owner" for our YouTube channel, responsible for transforming it into the most engaging, informative, and trusted live-streaming destination for the global trading community. You will define the content-product roadmap, lead all live-stream operations (including during NYSE and London market hours), manage on-air hosts and high-profile guests, and use data to drive our audience growth and community engagement goals.
The ideal candidate has a background in product or project management but is also a technical "in the weeds" expert on the YouTube Live platform. You are calm under pressure, obsessed with operational details, and have a strategic mind for how content can drive business results.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Develop and own the full product roadmap for Tradeify TV, aligning content strategy with company goals around user acquisition and community engagement.
- Build and maintain a detailed content calendar that defines, tests, and optimizes new show formats, content “products,” and strategic partnerships.
- Lead competitive analysis of the financial media landscape to identify gaps and opportunities for Tradeify TV to stand out.
- Define and manage OKRs centered on audience growth, engagement, and conversion — ensuring measurable outcomes.
- Act as the “voice of the customer,” leveraging data and community insights to guide programming decisions and improve viewer experience.
- Oversee end-to-end production for all live and pre-recorded content — from concept to post-production and distribution.
- Serve as Technical Director and Producer for complex multi-guest livestreams during NYSE and London market hours, managing graphics, audio, and stream quality in real time.
- Manage all technical aspects of YouTube Live, including stream scheduling, health monitoring, and guest coordination.
- Conduct pre-production “rehearsals” and post-event “retrospectives” to ensure continuous improvement.
- Own the Tradeify TV operating budget, vendor contracts, and production resources to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage and mentor on-air hosts, producers, and editors — creating a strong, collaborative team culture.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Compliance to ensure Tradeify TV aligns with company messaging, brand standards, and industry regulations.
- Develop high-touch processes for booking, preparing, and supporting high-profile guests to ensure seamless experiences on-air.
- Lead channel growth initiatives through YouTube SEO, data analysis, and optimization strategies.
- Track and interpret performance metrics using YouTube Analytics, translating trends into actionable insights for leadership.
- Engage directly with the community — monitoring live chat and comments to build loyalty, increase retention, and foster meaningful interaction.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, or senior media project management, preferably in a tech or media environment.
- Demonstrable, hands-on expertise in live video production, with specific, in-depth knowledge of the YouTube Live ecosystem (streaming software, multi-guest setups, analytics).
- Proven ability to manage complex, time-sensitive projects with multiple cross-functional dependencies.
- A data-driven and analytical mindset; you are comfortable living in dashboards, interpreting analytics, and using data to defend your strategic choices.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience managing on-air talent, creative teams, and senior executive stakeholders.
- A "calm under pressure" demeanor, with experience in high-stakes, live-event troubleshooting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A strong personal interest in and understanding of financial markets, day trading, prop trading, or fintech.
- Experience writing product requirements (PRDs) and managing quarterly OKRs.
- Experience in a fast-growing, remote-first fintech or tech startup environment.
- A portfolio that includes live streams or content-products you have personally managed from conception to launch.
Benefits & Perks
