The Head of Talent Management will lead a team to develop and implement talent management programs, enhance organizational performance, and leverage AI in talent solutions.
Working at Atlassian
Atlassians can choose where they work - whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity.
We're looking for a Head of Talent Management to oversee a portfolio of programs, products, and tools designed to help us attract, develop, and retain the talent Atlassian needs to thrive.
You'll operate as a player and coach of a high-performing team to build and scale effective talent management solutions that enable the business to achieve its goals. You'll "Play As a Team" with the broader Talent Team, partner teams (e.g., HRBP, Comp, Talent Acquisition), support teams (e.g., People Operations, People Insights, People Technology), and stakeholders to build a thriving talent ecosystem that meets the evolving needs of the business.
There's endless opportunity to have an impact at Atlassian and we're looking for a strategic builder to help us achieve as much as we can in the years ahead. This role will sit on the Talent team and report to the Head of Talent and Employee Relations.
