Our flagship product, the NodeZeroTM platform, delivers production-safe autonomous pentests and other key assessment operations that scale across the largest internal, external, cloud, and hybrid cloud environments. What You’ll Do

We are seeking an exceptional Americas Leader for our Solution Architect organization — a visionary, hands-on leader who can inspire, transform, and scale a world-class presales team at the forefront of offensive cybersecurity. This leader will empower a team of technical experts who engage with customers from initial discovery through proof of value, driving measurable outcomes that demonstrate the power of Horizon3.ai’s autonomous security platform.

The ideal candidate combines deep cybersecurity domain expertise with a proven ability to develop people, build scalable processes, and elevate technical excellence. You thrive at the intersection of technology, storytelling, and transformation — helping teams translate complex security problems into strategic value for customers.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Solution Architects across the Americas.

  • Build a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and accountability.

  • Drive presales strategy and execution across enterprise, mid-market, and channel segments.

  • Ensure customer engagements, demos, and proofs of value meet the highest standards of excellence.

  • Translate complex cybersecurity challenges into clear business outcomes.

  • Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align on strategy and execution.

  • Represent the voice of the field to influence product innovation and roadmap priorities.

  • Cultivate executive-level relationships to position Horizon3.ai as a trusted cybersecurity advisor.

  • Recruit, mentor, and develop world-class technical talent.

  • Use data-driven insights to measure impact and continuously improve team performance.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity presales, solutions architecture, or technical leadership.

  • Proven success building and transforming high-performing technical teams.

  • Deep expertise in offensive and defensive cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or threat detection.

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.

  • Passion for mentoring, developing talent, and driving organizational growth.

  • Exceptional communication skills — able to simplify complex cybersecurity concepts.

  • Experience partnering cross-functionally to deliver aligned customer and business outcomes.

  • Data-driven approach to performance management and strategic decision-making.

  • Strategic mindset with the agility to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Travel Required

We are a fully remote company, and this job may require up to 50% of travel to be successful. Job-related travel expenses are reviewed and must be approved by your manager.

  • The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.

  • Additional compensation: All full-time roles are eligible for an equity package in the form of stock options.
