ABOUT THIS ROLE
We're seeking a dynamic Head of Sales & Strategy to lead Zogo's growth in the credit union and community bank space. This role will be responsible for shaping and executing our go-to-market approach, driving new business acquisition, deepening existing relationships, and ensuring our partners realize the full value of our solutions. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator, capable of building strong industry relationships while delivering measurable sales results.

Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end sales strategy for credit union and community bank segments, focusing on both new business growth and existing partner expansion.
- Develop and implement a scalable go-to-market plan tailored to SMB financial institutions, aligned with Zogo's broader growth objectives.
- Own partner retention by engaging key stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Zogo's product portfolio to maximize member engagement and ROI for partners.
- Partner with Product and Marketing teams to develop strategic campaigns, co-branded initiatives, and partner programs that drive results.
- Track and analyze sales performance, partner health, and market trends to inform strategy and optimize resource allocation.
- Represent Zogo at industry conferences, partner events, and thought leadership opportunities to strengthen brand visibility and credibility.
YOUR EXPERIENCE:
- 8+ years of experience in sales leadership, business development, or strategy roles, preferably within fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships, and leading high-impact go-to-market initiatives.
- Experience working with credit unions, community banks, or other SMB financial institutions strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and strategy refinement.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
