The RevOps Lead will manage sales and marketing operations, enhance workflows, and provide insights to support revenue growth and team alignment in a remote environment.
The Role
As the Head of Revenue Operations, you will be the architect of our sales and marketing operations, driving the systems and strategies that power our growth. You’ll collaborate with teams across the organization to design scalable processes, streamline workflows, and deliver actionable insights that fuel decision-making.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves to solve problems and implement solutions. You'll have the opportunity to shape how our revenue teams work together, ensuring seamless alignment between sales, marketing, and operations. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of our teams, the experience of our customers, and ultimately, the success of our company.

Responsibilities
- Support and manage sales and marketing systems with a focus on automation, workflows, and process efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are fully integrated and optimized for scale.
- Own and enhance sales and marketing reporting to provide actionable insights and track key performance metrics.
- Partner with leadership to develop strategies and processes that support revenue growth and operational excellence.
- Mentor and guide team members on best practices in RevOps, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Lead initiatives to align sales, marketing, and operations teams, ensuring seamless communication and shared objectives.

- Build trust and credibility as a go-to resource for RevOps excellence across the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes and workflows.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing or mentoring team members.
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot experience is a nice-to-have).
- Analytical mindset with a strong ability to translate data into insights and actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a remote environment.
