Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the overall product strategy for your vertical or portfolio area, ensuring it aligns with company objectives and delivers on commercial, user, and operational goals. 
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Product Managers and Technical Product Managers, supporting their development and ensuring clear prioritisation, execution discipline, and high performance. 
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data, commercial, and senior stakeholders to shape product roadmaps that are ambitious, realistic, and grounded in the needs of both the business and our users. 
  • Ensure consistent delivery standards and product management practices across the team, including how we scope work, gather requirements, manage backlogs, and validate outcomes. 
  • Drive alignment between product and the wider organisation, fostering shared understanding of priorities, progress, and trade-offs through clear and regular communication. 
  • Own and track performance against key product and team KPIs. Use data and structured feedback to drive iteration and continuous improvement across people, process, and platform. 
  • Take full accountability for the success and integrity of the product function. This includes product quality, delivery outcomes, team performance, and alignment with company priorities. Where things don’t go to plan, you lead the response, take responsibility, and adjust course as needed. 
  • Act as a senior voice in company-level decision-making—championing a product-led mindset and ensuring our investment in product and technology maps directly to business growth. 

Qualifications: 

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of delivering high-impact features or owning a product area 
  • Proven ability to define and deliver product strategies that drive both user value and business growth 
  • Experience building, coaching, and scaling high-performing product teams 
  • Confident in partnering with technical, commercial, and executive leaders to drive aligned decision-making 
  • Strong grasp of metrics, experimentation, and product development methodologies 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to represent product priorities at both team and leadership levels 
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic environments where adaptability and focus are key
