About Linera

Linera is the first blockchain optimized for real-time applications and interoperability at Internet scale. Founded by a former Meta/Novi research engineer, Linera introduces microchains - lightweight, parallel chains that enable direct user interaction. Backed by top-tier crypto investors, the protocol is currently live on testnet and actively preparing for mainnet launch.

Position overview

We are seeking a Head of Product, Prediction Markets with deep experience in prediction markets, trading systems, or onchain finance to lead Linera’s product strategy. This is a defining role at the frontier of real-time blockchain infrastructure. You will translate Linera’s microchain technology into products that power the next generation of real-time markets: prediction, perpetuals, betting, and beyond.

As Head of Product, you’ll work directly with the founder and engineering team to define Linera’s roadmap, shape ecosystem priorities, and guide builders toward the most promising use cases. Your goal: make Linera the default platform for real-time market innovation.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and execute Linera’s product vision focused on real-time, market-based applications.

  • Partner with engineering and ecosystem teams to launch developer tools, SDKs, and APIs that make building prediction markets and trading primitives seamless.

  • Work closely with early builders and partners to identify emerging opportunities in real-time trading, forecasting, and incentive-driven coordination.

  • Develop clear product narratives and documentation that communicate Linera’s technical and economic advantages to developers and market creators.

  • Establish product feedback loops through direct engagement with builders, users, and community.

  • Lead cross-functional alignment between engineering, business development, and marketing to drive ecosystem adoption.

  • Build and mentor a high-performing product organization as Linera scales toward mainnet and beyond.

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of product management experience, including leadership of products in DeFi, trading systems, or prediction markets.

  • Deep understanding of onchain market design, liquidity mechanics, and incentive alignment.

  • Technical fluency in blockchain architecture or distributed systems; experience with Rust-based protocols a plus.

  • Demonstrated success driving early-stage product discovery and execution in fast-moving startup environments.

  • Strategic thinker with a builder’s mindset and the ability to connect technical innovation to user and market outcomes.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a bias toward action and clarity.
