You will be responsible for driving product growth and efficiency, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and translating customer insights into product improvements and strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape and execute the product operations strategy for financial products within the US region.
  • Define the product roadmap, aligning it with overall business goals and the business unit’s objectives.
  • Own key product metrics such as Customer growth and Retention, Transaction volume growth, Product performance, and Product operational efficiency.
  • Lead the Marketing team to build targeted engagement campaigns and personalized messaging strategies (e.g., push, in-app, email) based on behavioural insights.
  • Design and refine client segmentation frameworks to personalize the experience and optimize journeys.
  • Collaborate closely with global and regional business leaders to ensure product strategy drives business growth and meets US market demands

Required Expertise:

  • Experience in product management and building US-based products in crypto or fintech is a must (digital wallets, payment systems, and/or banking regulations).
  • A track record of successful tech product launching and proven ability to set up and improve product operations within a diverse environment. 
  • Deep understanding of fintech regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to embed risk controls, disclosures, and regulatory checkpoints directly into product operations.
  • Experience coordinating with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Audit teams to ensure operational readiness.
  • Strong decision-making ability. 
  • Strong communication skills for influencing and collaborating across teams and with stakeholders. 
  • Fluency in Ukrainian/Russian will be an advantage.
