The AI Simulation Team is looking for a Head of Product Marketing and Demand Generation to join our team. This role is central to our efforts to translate complex scientific breakthroughs and proofs of concept into clear, compelling stories that accelerate sales cycles, build deep customer trust, and secure our leadership position in the market. As the founding product marketing hire for our AI Simulation team, this person will define the brand narrative of the AI Simulation business, create high-quality technical content, and spearhead sales enablement to drive our commercial pipeline. This role is ideal for a leader who is comfortable with nascent categories, enjoys working directly with technical leaders, and is comfortable operating as a player-coach with some agency and cross-functional support. As the foundational marketing hire, you should have strong self-agency, be comfortable taking on tasks outside of your scope, and leaning in with key partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop Opinionated Strategy: Partner with the GM and Product leads to prioritize market segments and define target personas within the Biopharma and Materials Science sectors.
Own the Narrative: Translate complex technical R&D into compelling stories, case studies, and PR FAQs for technical buyers, executives, and investors.
Drive Sales Enablement: Create and manage the full customer journey toolkit, including decks, conference abstracts, email campaigns, and repeatable sales plays.
Execute Co-Marketing Partnerships: Collaborate with customers and hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) to develop co-branded content and events that reinforce market leadership.
Establish Performance KPIs: Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and conduct competitive research to drive data-driven improvements to the solution roadmap.
10+ years of experience in B2B product marketing with an emphasis on high-velocity technical or scientific fields.
Proven Storytelling Expertise: A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create high-quality content, from technical white papers to executive sales decks.
Startup Agility: Experience in a founder-led or high-growth environment with a "player-coach" mindset and the ability to proactively identify needs outside of immediate scope.
Technical Translation: Demonstrated ability to partner with scientific and R&D teams to translate complex concepts into clear, market-ready communications.
Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer engagements, conferences, and internal offsites.
Experience marketing AI, Simulation, or LQM-based products to the $23T+ quantitative economy (Biopharma, Chemicals, or Energy).
Deep expertise in managing product launches for products where the category is still being defined.
Experience collaborating with "GTM partners" and hyperscalers on joint value propositions.
Passion for the intersection of AI, chemistry, and biology to create impact at scale.
