Who We Are:
Interra Health is a fast-growing healthcare technology company transforming how providers and patients navigate the prescription journey. Formed through the merger of DoseSpot, Arrive Health, and pVerify, Interra Health delivers trusted eligibility, real-time coverage and pricing insights, prescribing tools, and pharmacy transparency at the point of care—helping providers make informed decisions and patients access the right medications with greater clarity and affordability. Backed by strong market momentum and a bold vision for the future of connected care, Interra Health offers the chance to join an innovative, mission-driven team working at the intersection of software and healthcare to reduce friction, improve access, and make the healthcare experience better for everyone.

The Role

The Head of Product Management owns the product management discipline across Interra Health’s core platform — Eligibility, Prescribing & Affordability, Access, and Routing. At the center of this platform is the movement, transformation, and actionability of healthcare data: clinical and administrative data flows, FHIR-based interoperability, and the informatics infrastructure that connects payers, providers, and health systems. This leader sets the strategic direction of the PM function, builds and develops a high-performing team, and ensures every product investment is grounded in deep healthcare data expertise and tied to measurable customer and business outcomes.

We’re looking for a product leader who has done this work in healthcare — someone with firsthand knowledge of how healthcare data actually moves: how FHIR APIs enable real-time clinical data exchange, how claims and eligibility data flows between payers and providers, how informatics and data products translate raw clinical data into actionable insights. The right candidate makes hard calls when stakeholders conflict, owns outcomes rather than activities, and builds systematic market and customer intelligence that keeps the roadmap ahead of the industry. This role is for a leader who can hold the vision while staying close enough to the work to elevate rigor at every level.

Key Responsibilities

Own healthcare-grounded product strategy. Develop multi-year roadmaps built around healthcare data flow opportunities — FHIR-based interoperability, clinical and administrative data exchange, informatics and data products, population health, and quality measurement. Understand the competitive landscape and emerging standards well enough to position Interra’s data capabilities ahead of the market.

Own the hard decisions. Act as the final decision-maker when stakeholder opinions conflict — balancing customer requests, business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technical constraints. Demonstrate a history of making difficult tradeoffs and standing behind outcomes, including decisions affecting providers, payers, health systems, or public health organizations.

Build systematic customer and market intelligence. Push teams to validate assumptions with real users rather than internal consensus. Create and maintain feedback loops with customers, clinical stakeholders, and industry partners that systematically inform roadmap and prioritization decisions.

Set and communicate a unified product vision. Translate company-level strategy into actionable product plans and clear prioritization frameworks across all owned domains. Represent the PM function at the executive level and in major customer forums.

Build and develop the PM team. Hire, mentor, and develop Product Managers and team leads. Establish a high bar for product rigor, discovery practices, and delivery quality. Create career development pathways and hold high expectations for talent across the function.

Drive cross-functional execution. Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, Product Ownership, and Core Services to drive aligned execution. Facilitate resolution of cross-domain dependencies and tradeoffs.

Enable go-to-market success. Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to drive successful product launches with clear positioning inputs, enablement materials, and measurable success criteria.

Apply AI to product work. Model and encourage effective use of AI tools across the PM function — for research synthesis, discovery acceleration, and roadmap analysis — while maintaining standards for rigor and sound judgment.

What You'll Bring

Degree & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MS, or equivalent experience preferred. 10+ years in product management with at least 4–6 years leading and developing PM teams. Demonstrated track record of owning multi-product or multi-domain strategy and delivery.

Healthcare data flows, interoperability, and informatics: Hands-on experience building or owning products that depend on healthcare data moving correctly. Working knowledge of FHIR-based interoperability, clinical data exchange, and how claims and eligibility data flow between payers and providers. Understands how informatics and data products turn raw clinical data into something actionable. Familiar with relevant standards (HL7, X12, NCPDP) and regulatory context (ONC, CMS interoperability rules).

Decision-making under complexity: Demonstrated history of making difficult tradeoffs — balancing customer requests, business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technical constraints — and owning outcomes on both sides of those decisions.

Market-driven product thinking: Ability to develop multi-year roadmaps tied to market opportunities, track competitive landscapes, and anticipate emerging healthcare trends before they become obvious to the industry.

Preferred: Experience with prescription management, eligibility, or clinical affordability workflows. Exposure to PE-backed or high-growth SaaS environments.

Core Competencies

Knowledge & Application: Participates with senior leadership to establish strategic plans and objectives for the PM function. Makes final implementation decisions and ensures operational effectiveness across multiple product lines. Brings deep, practical expertise in healthcare data flows, FHIR-based interoperability, and clinical informatics — credibility that shapes both strategy and day-to-day product decisions. Accountable for outcomes that directly impact business results and the healthcare organizations that depend on Interra’s data infrastructure.

Complexity & Problem Solving: Works on complex, not clearly defined problems at the intersection of healthcare data architecture, interoperability standards, clinical workflows, regulatory requirements, and business strategy. Navigates the technical and organizational complexity of getting healthcare data to move reliably, securely, and in a form that is useful to end users. Evaluates tradeoffs across domains with long-horizon consequences (3–5 years).

Collaboration & Interaction: Engages regularly with senior management, executives, major customers, and healthcare industry stakeholders. Negotiates matters of significance; reconciles competing perspectives — clinical, operational, and commercial — to drive aligned product outcomes.
