  • Establish the vision, roadmap, and execution of capital market platform and technology solutions based on your comprehensive understanding of our client, capital markets operations, and sound risk management practices.
  • Work closely with our product management partners in lending and treasury management to deliver more integrated client experiences and deepen client relationships.
  • Directly manage the prioritization of the work, capabilities, components, and infrastructures that are used by multiple customer solutions and customer facing products.
  • Confidently communicate and evangelize product and portfolio strategy across large organizations and executives to influence stakeholders to align behind the objectives.
  • Inspire, enable and empower teams to collaborate, plan, and deliver complex projects working across a matrixed organization.

What we are looking for:
  • Deep domain experience across the capital markets with particular emphasis on debt, equity, syndicate, derivatives (FX, Rates and Commodities) and corporate finance advisory.
  • Creative problem solver who provides thought leadership at the intersection of the human, business and technology dimensions and does so in a collaborative manner.
  • Comfort facing white space problems and proven ability to push through the uncertainty by gathering relevant data, enrolling stakeholders, and developing logically sound proposals.
  • Entrepreneurial executive who has a track record of successfully delivering on large and complex projects that deliver tangible value to clients and those who serve them.
  • Inspiring people leader with ability to mentor and develop junior product talent.
  • Relationship focused leader who cares about finding stakeholders and ensures that they are heard as projects move from discovery to delivery.
  • Reverence for human centric design and passion leveraging modern technology to help clients and users accomplish their goals with ease, consistency, and speed.
  • Strong risk management mindset with working knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to the bank's Broker Dealer (SEC / FINRA) and Swap Dealer (CFTC / NFA) activities.
  • Thought leader in the product management discipline with experience building and maturing high performing teams who obsess about clients, delivering value, and getting-stuff-done.
  • Aptitude to champion strategic technology initiatives to leap-frog current constraints and deliver transformational value.
  • Strong quantitative background to support data-informed decision making.

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
