About Polygon Labs

Polygon Labs is a global blockchain payments company building and operating infrastructure to move money instantly, reliably, and at internet scale, with the mission to move all money onchain. It is building the Polygon Open Money Stack, an open and integrated stack of services and technologies to instantly and reliably move money anywhere, and put it to work. Its infrastructure has facilitated trillions of dollars in onchain value transfer and supported millions of transactions daily for some of the globe's largest banks, fintechs, enterprises, and consumer applications.

Your Role

Reporting to the Global Head of Business, you will own and grow relationships with some of Polygon Labs' most strategic enterprise partners. This is a high-leverage individual contributor role at the center of the partner experience, from onboarding through long-term retention and expansion. You will use AI tooling to scale your coverage, sharpen your insights, and move faster than a traditional partner manager. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure partners are successfully adopting Polygon Labs' products and getting measurable value from the relationship. If you are excited about being the trusted point of contact for leading fintechs, payment processors, and financial institutions, and you are energized by using AI to operate at a level that would normally require a team, this role is for you.

Your Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end relationships with a portfolio of strategic enterprise partners, serving as their primary point of contact post-contract

  • Lead onboarding and implementation for new partners, coordinating across Engineering, Product, and Support to ensure a smooth go-live

  • Run regular partner engagement cadences including monthly check-ins and quarterly business reviews, using AI to prep briefs, surface account signals, and draft follow-ups

  • Identify and execute on upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Polygon Labs' product suite to drive expansion revenue

  • Monitor account health, track adoption metrics, and use AI-assisted analysis to flag and resolve risks before they become churn

  • Act as the escalation point for partner issues including billing, account inquiries, and audit-related requests

  • Represent the voice of the partner internally, bringing structured feedback to Product, Engineering, and Sales to influence roadmap and go-to-market decisions

  • Contribute to revenue tracking, renewal forecasting, and reporting to internal leadership

  • Build and refine AI-powered workflows that compound your output over time, from QBR prep to account research to partner communications

What You'll Need
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B account management, customer success, or relationship management

  • Proven track record managing enterprise clients in fintech, payments, SaaS, or a related technical environment

  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with senior and executive stakeholders

  • Experience owning commercial outcomes, renewals, retention, and expansion

  • Clear, structured communicator who can translate complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Demonstrated fluency with AI tools in your day-to-day work, with concrete examples of how you use them to move faster, think sharper, or scale your coverage

  • High learning velocity, you pick up new tools, products, and domains quickly and adapt your workflows accordingly

Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in payments infrastructure, card networks, stablecoins, payment rails, or payment orchestration

  • Familiarity with blockchain or crypto-native products and clients

  • Experience working cross-functionally to influence product and operational outcomes

  • Comfort with data-driven reporting tools and customer success platforms

  • Experience building custom AI workflows, prompts, or lightweight automations to support account management work
