Data is at the core of modern business, yet many teams struggle with its overwhelming volume and complexity. At Atlan, we’re changing that. As the world’s first active metadata platform, we help organisations transform data chaos into clarity and seamless collaboration.

From Fortune 500 leaders to hyper-growth startups, from automotive innovators redefining mobility to healthcare organisations saving lives, and from Wall Street powerhouses to Silicon Valley trailblazers — we empower ambitious teams across industries to unlock the full potential of their data.

Recognised as leaders by Gartner and Forrester and backed by Insight Partners, Atlan is at the forefront of reimagining how humans and data work together. Joining us means becoming part of a movement to shape a future where data drives extraordinary outcomes.

🌍 About the Role

We’re looking for a Head of Partner Marketing to build the engine that fuels the next phase of our growth — through the incredible ecosystem of partners who bring Atlan to life.

You’ll shape how we tell our story with our partners — turning joint solutions, campaigns, and events into scalable growth motions. This is a foundational, high-impact role that sits at the intersection of ecosystem, GTM, and brand — building the frameworks, content, and programs that make every partnership a case study for success.

You’ll report directly to our VP of Growth, working closely with GTM and Partnerships leadership to drive meaningful impact across the business.

🧭 Why this role matters

Partners are core to Atlan’s story — the connective tissue between our product, our customers, and the broader data & AI community.

This role will turn strong partnerships into a repeatable growth engine — driving joint go-to-market, co-marketing, and enablement that create meaningful impact for our customers and partners alike.

🎯 What you’ll do
  • Build and lead a global partner marketing strategy spanning cloud, technology, and consulting alliances.

  • Design and execute co-marketing programs — campaigns, events, and launches — that amplify our joint value with partners.

  • Enable and activate partners with launch kits, certifications, and storytelling that turn them into Atlan advocates.

  • Measure what matters: track performance, ROI, and partner engagement to continuously refine the model.

  • Collaborate across GTM: work closely with Field, Product Marketing, and Sales to create unified market momentum.

🌟 You’ll thrive in this role if you…
  • Bring 10+ years of partner or alliance marketing experience in high-growth B2B SaaS.

  • Have built or scaled partner marketing programs that drive real pipeline and impact.

  • Think in systems — turning scattered activity into a consistent, measurable engine.

  • Balance creativity and data — you can tell a story and prove its ROI.

  • Operate with ownership, move fast, and lead through influence, not hierarchy.

  • Are excited to work with industry leaders and emerging innovators shaping the future of data and AI.

🚀 Why this opportunity
  • Build from 0→1: Create and scale a high-visibility, global function.

  • Partner with category leaders across the modern data ecosystem.

  • Collaborate with some of the sharpest GTM and product minds in the industry.

Shape how Atlan — and our partners — define success in the next era of data + AI.
