We are looking for a Head of Marketing.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A deep understanding of B2B marketing, especially within the service tech sector is a must.

• Expertise in lead generation strategies, marketing automation, and pipeline management.

• Profound understanding of multichannel marketing for B2B.

• Experience in A/B testing and working with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Amplitude, and/or others.

• Expertise in creating compelling and consistent messaging for target audiences.

• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills.

• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

• Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing ROI.

• Residency on the East Coast of the USA is a must

SCOPE OF DUTIES:

• Develop and execute a lead generation-focused marketing strategy.

• Collaborate with the executive team to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

• Identify and capitalize on market trends, competitor insights, and customer needs.

• Strengthen the company’s brand identity to support lead-generation efforts and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

• Leverage digital marketing channels to drive high-quality leads.

• Use analytics and performance metrics to refine strategies and report on key marketing KPIs, with a focus on lead generation outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Lead on strategy implementation.

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations, to ensure seamless execution of lead generation initiatives.
