Lead an AI-first marketing function across two product lines, owning brand, positioning, demand generation, product marketing, team leadership, cross-functional alignment, and measurement. Build agentic AI workflows, optimize search and AI-driven discovery, and deliver pipeline, ARR, and ROAS targets.

The Role

We are looking for an AI-first Head of Marketing: someone who builds and runs the function through AI rather than bolting it onto how marketing used to work. You will own marketing strategy and execution across two product lines and every stage of the funnel, from positioning and demand generation through product marketing and sales enablement.

You will lead the marketing organization and be the executive voice for how OfficeRnD tells its story. You will join our Senior Leadership team, report to the CEO, and partner closely with Product, Sales, RevOps and Customer Experience to turn strategy into pipeline and revenue.

This is a player-coach seat. The person in it will be in HubSpot, in the website, and in the data.

Given our global team layout, we’re looking to hire someone in the US Eastern or Central time zone.

What You'll Own

  • Strategy: set the brand and go-to-market strategy across OfficeRnD Flex and OfficeRnD Workplace, for our core markets.
  • Brand & positioning: own the narrative that differentiates OfficeRnD and sharpen how we win on our core markets.
  • Demand generation & pipeline: run the engine that delivers qualified pipeline against revenue targets, Flex and Workplace separately, with monthly volume targets and pre-agreed triggers to shift or stop spend.
  • Product marketing: lead launch strategy and market readiness for new capabilities, translating product bets into customer-facing value propositions that drive meaningful engagement and pipeline evolution
  • AI as the operating model, not a transformation project: leverage comes from AI and partners. You will design the workflows and write the prompts yourself, and build what makes a consolidated team work: a shared knowledge base, style guides, templates, and the standards and quality control that keep the output from reading as generic.
  • Content & discovery in an AI-search world: own visibility in search and in AI answers as one program. Comparison and total-cost pages written to be cited, structured data and crawlability, PR and review-site presence, and LLM referral tracking. Equally important is the estate we already have: consolidate or archive content that cannibalizes us, and fix URLs competing for the same query.
  • Team leadership: develop, coach and scale a team where most people cover more than one function, redesigning roles as the work changes.
  • Cross-functional partnership: align closely with Product and Engineering leadership, Sales, RevOps and Customer Experience so marketing, product and revenue move as one.
  • Measurement & attribution: three north-star metrics, pipeline generated, ARR generated and ROAS on demand generation. A monthly scorecard with fixed definitions and absolute volume vs. goals.

What Success Looks Like

  • A clear, differentiated brand narrative that wins in competitive deals and shows up consistently across every market we serve.
  • Qualified demand (Leads) visibly up on a committed trajectory for both products.
  • A marketing function running on documented, agentic workflows, judged on outcome contribution.
  • Strong visibility and qualified traffic from both search and AI-driven discovery, with the way AI answers describe us materially changed and AI-sourced pipeline tracked as its own channel.
  • A high-performing marketing team with clear ownership, growing capability, and strong partnership across the business. Every person owns an outcome, knows the product hands-on and talks to customers.

What to Bring

  • You have led marketing at a B2B SaaS company between roughly $10M and $30M in ARR.
  • Hands-on AI: you have personally built agentic workflows in a live marketing function and can say what work they replaced. You are already operating this way, not preparing to.
  • Experience building brand and demand programs across multiple global geographies.
  • A balance of brand storytelling instincts and demand-gen rigor, comfortable owning both the narrative and the number. Strong writing and the editorial judgement to tell good work from generic. Comfortable with data and attribution.
  • Experience working with and leading distributed teams in different time zones.
  • Able to represent marketing at the leadership table and translate strategy into a plan the team can execute.
  • Availability to travel internationally 2-4 times per year.
  • Knowledge of the Coworking / Flex industry is a plus.
  • B2B Vertical SaaS experience is a plus.

What we offer in return is the opportunity to join a talented team and also enjoy:

    • 25 days paid time off.
    • 1 additional day off for your birthday.
    • 3 days off for volunteering.
    • Health, dental and vision insurance.
    • 401k with 4% matching.
    • Paid sick leave.
    • Paid parental leave.

If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, we would be happy to talk soon! Apply now!

We’re looking to hire someone in the US Eastern or Central time zone.

Please note that relocation assistance is not provided for this role.
