Kinetic
The crypto world is changing—we’ve seen an explosion in innovation but a fragmentation of tools. Today, traders navigate a low visibility landscape, handling multiple chains, scattered data, and many marketplaces. Now, trading tooling has shifted towards consolidation. Users demand a simple solution that effortlessly weaves their favorite decision-making software and maximum liquidity into one elegant interface. Kinetic is a multi-chain DEX aggregator and trading dashboard. Kinetic consolidates cross-market visibility, personalized data feeds, and predictive insights, providing clarity and decisiveness with every trade. Here, crypto assets across all major ecosystems are finally accessible through a single interface.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head of Growth to join the Kinetic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scaling Kinetic’s adoption among retail Solana traders while also leading strategic partnerships and integrations across the ecosystem. You will play a critical role in expanding Kinetic’s user base, increasing trading volume, and embedding Kinetic’s routing algorithms/MEV-resistant CPMM into external products.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own customer acquisition across paid, organic, content, and partnerships
  • Develop segment-specific messaging and positioning
  • Innovate on GTM motions. The playbook is being rewritten in real time, and we want someone who's figuring out what works now, not copying what worked five years ago
  • Figure out what channels actually work for our target customers and double down
  • Develop organic and paid strategies to increase platform usage.
  • Manage Kinetic's full marketing funnel, making adjustments according to conversion and retention metrics.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to align growth efforts with feature development.
  • Identify, source, and close strategic partnerships to integrate Kinetic’s DEX aggregation routing and CPMM.
  • Analyze user, volume, and funnel metrics to measure performance and refine growth strategies.
  • Gather feedback from traders and partners to inform product direction.
Qualifications:
  • 6+ years in growth, marketing, or GTM roles.
  • 2+ years in a leadership role, building and managing teams
  • Track record of building GTM functions, not just running existing playbooks
  • Strong understanding of crypto trading infrastructure, including DEXs, aggregators, liquidity, and MEV.
  • Direct experience with the Solana ecosystem and Solana-based trading platforms.
  • Proven track record of driving user growth, trading volume, or distribution for a DeFi product.
  • Experience leading business development, partnerships, or integrations in Web3.
  • Deep familiarity with crypto culture, trader behavior, and web3 incentives.

Compensation & Benefits

  • As a founding community hire, you will receive competitive compensation and generous equity.
  • Work in a dynamic environment with flexible location and hours.
  • Have high impact in actualizing team goals as a core member of Kinetic’s growing organization.
  • Grow alongside a supportive team that is deeply invested in your learning and development.
  • Best-in-class health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Unlimited PTO.
  • $100 monthly gym stipend.
