About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Growth to define and execute Truv’s go-to-market strategy with a primary focus on pipeline generation. You will lead the team that drives growth and builds pipeline through both phone-driven outbound efforts and automation. This is a critical leadership role for someone passionate about building and scaling teams, playbooks, and tools to support Truv’s growth goals.
What You’ll Do
- Define and execute Truv’s go-to-market strategy focused on pipeline generation.
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing pipeline-generating team, including BDRs, field marketers, growth engineers, and other go-to-market team members.
- Design and implement phone-driven outbound strategies, and collaborate with growth engineers to automate all scalable GTM processes.
- Write high-impact, compelling copy that supports outbound marketing strategy, and develop and execute call scripts and phone-based go-to-market playbooks.
- Scale and optimize the use of tools such as HubSpot, Clay, PowerDialers, and other GTM platforms.
- Partner closely with sales, product, and marketing to align pipeline initiatives with company objectives.
- Track and report on pipeline metrics, using data to refine and improve strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven B2B sales experience — you must have sold in B2B and know how to sell effectively.
- Strong track record in building phone-driven outbound strategies and playbooks.
- Experience working with GTM engineers to automate go-to-market processes.
- Ability to lead and scale teams dedicated to pipeline generation.
- Skilled in tools like HubSpot, Clay, and other sales/marketing technology.
- Strong ability to write persuasive copy and execute phone-based sales strategies.
- Analytical and data-driven, with experience reporting on growth and pipeline performance.
