In this role, you will:
- Own and lead Overwolf’s global hiring, with a strong focus on scaling in Israel, Europe, and the United States

- Oversee and execute full-cycle recruitment globally, hiring for both Tech and Go-To-Market functions
- Define and implement innovative sourcing strategies, tapping into diverse global talent pools, channels, and communities
- Champion internal mobility, creating opportunities for team members to grow and evolve their careers across geographies
- Embed diversity and inclusion practices into every stage of the recruitment process, ensuring fair and representative pipelines
- Develop and own recruitment data, analytics, and KPIs, using insights to measure success, optimize performance, and guide leadership decisions
- Partner with global leadership and hiring managers to anticipate hiring needs, refine role specifications, and deliver against business priorities
- Strengthen Overwolf’s employer brand internationally, promoting our story and EVP across markets
- Guarantee a consistent, world-class candidate experience across all regions, from first contact through onboarding
Requirements
- Native-level English (Hebrew is a strong plus)
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role managing recruiters, setting KPIs, and scaling global processes
- Proven track record of global hiring across multiple regions (Israel, Europe, and the United States)
- Experience hiring for both Tech and Go-To-Market roles
- Deep knowledge of global talent trends, sourcing strategies, and hiring practices, with the ability to anticipate shifts and adapt strategies
- Expert-level knowledge of Comeet ATS, leveraging it for workflows, analytics, and scaling hiring operations
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to balance hands-on recruiting and leadership
