About the Role:

As the Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the engineering team, driving product development, and ensuring that our solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, and Operations, to ensure that our solutions meet customer needs and market demands.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the engineering team, including hiring, coaching, mentoring, and performance management. 
- Develop and implement engineering strategies and plans to meet company goals.
- Drive product development, from ideation to launch, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure that our solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage the engineering budget and resource allocation.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the industry.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 11+ of experience in software engineering, with 4+ in a leadership role.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and technologies.
- Demonstrated success in leading high-performing engineering teams and delivering products to market. 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience with the following technologies: JavaScript, AngularJS, ReactJS, NodeJS, Python, Java, MySQL, MongoDB, AWS, GCP, etc..
