As the Head of Enablement at Anomalo, you will build and lead our first formal enablement function to support the success of our GTM organization. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with high visibility and cross-functional impact. You’ll create scalable onboarding and continuous learning programs for our Sales, Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams. You’ll work closely with leaders across the business to align enablement efforts with Anomalo’s growth goals and rapidly evolving go-to-market strategy.

What you’ll do as the Head of Enablement:- Design and launch a scalable enablement program that supports GTM onboarding and ongoing development (Sales, Pre-sales, SEs, CSMs, etc.)
- Build role-specific onboarding programs to accelerate ramp time and productivity.
- Stand up “Anomalo University” as a centralized hub for enablement content and learning.
- Develop and lead partner enablement for our system integrators and alliances (e.g., Databricks, EY, PwC), enabling them to sell and implement Anomalo effectively.
- Create and manage GTM content (playbooks, messaging frameworks, competitive intel, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders across Sales, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Solutions, and People.
- Partner with People Ops to enhance onboarding and L&D experiences for GTM roles.
- Track enablement effectiveness with key metrics: ramp time, content engagement, program satisfaction, and partner activation success.
- Leverage our internal tools for gathering resources (Slack, Gong, Notion) and evaluate and implement new tools to support enablement delivery (e.g., CMS, LMS)
- 10+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Ops, or related GTM function.
- Proven experience building enablement programs at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
- Experience improving GTM ramp times and developing role-based learning paths.
- Strong communicator and collaborator with experience working across Sales, Product, and Marketing.
- Startup experience: Comfort navigating ambiguity, standing up programs from scratch.
- Familiarity with the modern data stack or data-driven products and enterprise buyer journey.
Ideal candidates will also have: (Bonus Skills)
- Experience enabling technical audiences (pre-sales, AEs, SEs & CSMs).
- Partner/channel enablement experience.
- Familiarity with methodologies like MEDDPICC & Challenger.
Location & Travel:
- Remote (United States).
- Candidates must be based in the U.S.
- Quarterly travel required for company offsites.
- The estimated annual salary range for this role is $190,000 - $240,000 plus meaningful equity.
