Head / Director of MarketingAbout Endless Commerce

Endless Commerce is an AI-powered CommerceOS that helps consumer brands manage the chaos of omnichannel operations. We serve brands scaling from $5M to $100M+ in revenue, providing real-time inventory visibility, EDI and purchase order automation, and supply chain intelligence across DTC, wholesale, marketplaces, and retail channels.

Our clients include brands like EADEM, Great Jones, Heyday, Tin Can, Pattern Brands and more. We are a lean, scrappy operator team and we are moving fast.

The Role

You lead marketing at Endless. You set our marketing strategy and manage the team that carries it out.

We're looking for someone plugged into the consumer brand world, with a clear view of how to make Endless the name operators know. We move fast and work closely together. You'll do well here if you like being in the strategy and the execution, and if this industry gets you excited.

What Success Looks Like
  • Trade shows. Show season starts in February, so this is your first priority. Endless should get noticed at every show we attend.

  • Brand recognition. Consumer brands recognize Endless online and when there’s conversation about scaling omnichannel brands into new doors, EDI, ERPs, just-in-time-inventory, Endless is always at the heart of it.

  • Working with our media platform. Commerce is Chaos, Sam Rose's media property, has its own executive producer and editor. Collaborate with them on where Endless shows up there, such as ads in the newsletter or on YouTube.

  • Better strategy and organization for our fast-moving team. Moving fast means even folks with the best intentions can get overwhelmed or disorganized— drive strategy and keep our ducks in a row so that we can be a focused, productive team even when there are shiny new objects to get excited about.

What You'll Own
  • Marketing strategy. Channel mix and campaign plan across LinkedIn, email, paid and events.

  • Managing a team. Work closely with our Marketing Manager, plus freelance video and copywriting support.

  • Managing our fractional paid media resource and owning the paid budget.

  • Events and trade shows. You pick the shows and build the budget. The whole team works events, and you're accountable for how they go and the integrated online/offline strategy.

  • Commerce is Chaos. Collaborate with the executive producer and editor of Commerce is Chaos, Sam Rose's media property, on when and how Endless is featured.

  • Attribution and reporting. You own how we measure marketing, so we know what each channel produces and what it costs us to acquire a customer.

  • Messaging. You turn what converts into positioning.

You're a Great Fit If
  • You've led marketing for a team before and set its strategy

  • You've managed people

  • You know the consumer brand industry and have a strong point of view on how to stand out in it as a B2B SaaS business in the operations space

  • You enjoy both strategy and execution

  • You like moving fast with a small team
