Head of Demand Generation

About Us

At Givzey | Version2.ai, we're not just building another AI tool—we're architecting the future of nonprofit fundraising through autonomous AI technology. Our Virtual Engagement Officers (VEOs) work independently as revenue-generating team members, each managing portfolios of 1,000 donors with clear fundraising metrics. We're looking for a Head of Demand Generation who can scale our growth engine and drive the adoption of truly autonomous AI in the nonprofit sector.

The Role

As Head of Demand Generation, you'll be a key player in our growth strategy as we redefine what's possible in fundraising technology. This is about positioning a revolutionary approach to capacity expansion that fundamentally changes how organizations think about their fundraising workforce. You'll build and execute sophisticated demand generation strategies that educate the market while driving qualified pipeline for our sales team. Working within a mission-driven company, you'll craft campaigns that not only hit revenue targets but advance the entire nonprofit sector toward digital workforce transformation.

Strategy & Leadership Responsibilities

  • Growth Marketing Strategy: Develop comprehensive channel strategy and multi-touch campaigns to meet aggressive pipeline and revenue goals in the nonprofit technology space
  • Channel Mastery: Drive proficiency across growth marketing disciplines including Account-Based Marketing (ABM), SEO/SEM, email marketing, content distribution, outbound campaigns, and marketing automation—with deep expertise in 2-3 areas
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with sales to prioritize target accounts, collaborate with product on growth strategies, and work with marketing leadership to ensure messaging consistency around our autonomous AI positioning

Growth Marketing Execution

  • Revenue Attribution: Maintain, report, and drive metrics for full-funnel dashboards that clearly demonstrate marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue, reporting insights to executive leadership
  • Conversion Optimization: Own website performance including tracking, routing, personalized landing pages, A/B testing, and SEO best practices to maximize conversion rates for complex B2B buying cycles
  • Paid Strategy**: Develop and execute paid acquisition across search and social channels
  • Content Amplification: Partner with product marketing to distribute thought leadership content that drives inbound growth and industry recognition
  • Sales Enablement: Define seamless handoff processes and qualification criteria that ensure sales receives high-intent leads ready to explore multi-VEO deployments

What You Bring

  • 7-10+ years** of B2B marketing experience, with demonstrated success scaling demand generation at high-growth SaaS companies
  • Startup DNA**: Proven track record at early to growth-stage startups (Seed through Series C), preferably with complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Growth Marketing Breadth: Demonstrated expertise across the full spectrum of demand generation channels
  • Campaign Excellence: Track record of building and optimizing multi-touch campaigns that move prospects through B2B buying journeys
  • Strategic + Scrappy: Comfortable setting strategy while also being hands-on with campaign execution and tool management
  • Experimentation Mindset: Data-driven approach to testing, learning, and scaling what works in competitive technology markets

Ready to Drive Growth at the Intersection of AI and Impact?

Join us at Givzey | Version2.ai and lead demand generation for technology that doesn't just improve fundraising—it fundamentally expands what's possible for nonprofit organizations worldwide.
