SentiLink stops more than 150,000 fraud attempts and verifies more than 3 million identities every day to protect both institutions and consumers. The problems we work on are challenging, and solving them takes deep domain expertise, rigorous analysis, and a willingness to dig into the details.

At SentiLink, you'll work alongside smart, highly collaborative colleagues who respect each other's time and judgment, take ownership, and follow through on their commitments. Together, we do truly meaningful work protecting the identities of innocent consumers and flagging the fraudsters attempting to exploit them.

We're well capitalized and growing quickly. We already serve 13 of the top 15 U.S. banks, we're expanding into new markets, and we're backed by Craft Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, NYCA, and Max Levchin. We've been named to the Forbes Fintech 50 and as a 2026 FICO Industry Vanguard Decision Award Winner. We were also the first company to go live with the electronic Consent Based Social Security Number Verification (eCBSV) service, and we've testified before the U.S. Congress on the future of identity.

We want SentiLink to be the best place you've ever worked. We offer generous benefits and support a range of working arrangements, from fully remote to in-office. We are a digital-first company with strong collaboration across the U.S. and India, and we meet in person regularly to build relationships. We have offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle (Bellevue), Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India.

Role:

As a Head of Crypto GTM, you will lead SentiLink’s expansion across the digital asset ecosystem, including cryptocurrency exchanges, fintechs with crypto offerings, wallets, stablecoin issuers, payment platforms, blockchain infrastructure providers, DeFi platforms, and other crypto-native businesses. You’ll partner with organizations facing complex challenges in identity verification, fraud prevention, account security, onboarding, compliance, and trust & safety across their customer and platform experiences.

Your expertise in the crypto industry will be invaluable beyond day-to-day sales responsibilities — we're looking to you to help define our go-to-market strategy, develop playbooks for the vertical, and identify new opportunities across the digital asset ecosystem.

This is a remote, US-based role.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop the crypto vertical by identifying, prioritizing, and engaging cryptocurrency exchanges, wallets, stablecoin issuers, payment providers, blockchain infrastructure companies, fintechs, and other digital asset platforms

  • Own the entire sales cycles from prospecting through close, including discovery, business case development, solution positioning, and commercial negotiations

  • Help define SentiLink’s crypto go-to-market strategy, messaging, and use cases

  • Build trusted relationships with fraud, risk, compliance, trust & safety, operations, security, identity, and product leaders

  • Navigate complex organizations and align stakeholders across technical, operational, compliance, and executive teams

  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to drive successful customer outcomes

  • Stay current on evolving crypto market trends, fraud patterns, regulatory developments, and identity-related challenges impacting the digital asset ecosystem

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably selling fraud, identity, security, risk, compliance, or infrastructure solutions into crypto, fintech, payments, or financial services organizations

  • Demonstrated success selling into complex enterprise environments using a multi-stakeholder sales motion

  • Prior success selling to cryptocurrency exchanges, wallets, payment platforms, fintechs, stablecoin issuers, blockchain infrastructure providers, or other digital asset companies preferred

  • Strong understanding of crypto onboarding, KYC/KYB, account security, fraud prevention, compliance, trust & safety, AML, or transaction risk workflows preferred

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly driven in fast-paced startup environments

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and strategic selling skills

  • Established network within crypto fraud, risk, compliance, operations, security, trust & safety, or identity teams is a plus

  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must live in the United States

Compensation:

$275,000-$350,000 OTE + equity + benefits

Perks:
  • Employer paid group health insurance for you and your dependents

  • 401(k) plan with employer match (or equivalent for non US-based roles)

  • Flexible paid time off

  • Regular company-wide in-person events

  • Home office stipend, and more!

Corporate Values:
  • Follow Through

  • Deep Understanding

  • Whatever It Takes

  • Do Something Smart

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
