3Commas is hiring a Head of Content to lead and scale our global content strategy, drive user acquisition, and position us as a leading authority in crypto trading automation. You’ll build high-impact, scalable content across SEO, blog, YouTube, email, PR, and community channels. In this senior role, you’ll oversee end-to-end content operations, launch educational initiatives, and manage a global team—while tailoring content for core markets, especially the US.

Key Responsibilities:
  • User Acquisition & Thought Leadership
Develop and localize content strategies that attract and convert new users, establishing 3Commas as a trusted voice in crypto automation.
  • Content Production Management
Lead full-cycle content creation—from research and scripting to design and distribution—across diverse formats including tutorials, news, case studies, and promotional media.
  • Education & Curriculum
Launch and manage the 3Commas educational platform. Define curriculum structure, produce multi-level learning materials, and adapt content for beginners, advanced users, and API traders.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration
Manage a distributed team of writers, editors, designers, and video producers. Coordinate with SEO, product, CX, and performance marketing to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
  • Performance & Innovation
Define and track key metrics (traffic, reach, user growth). Scale distribution via SEO, email, YouTube, and partners. Test and implement new formats like podcasts, AMAs, and multilingual content.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in content marketing or editorial leadership (B2C tech, SaaS, fintech, or crypto).
  • Proven success in developing user acquisition content strategies, especially for US markets.
  • Strong hands-on experience with editorial workflows, production tools (Notion, Trello, Airtable), and diverse content formats.
  • Experience creating structured educational programs (courses, tutorials, onboarding) and simplifying technical topics.
  • Skilled in cross-functional team management and aligning content with business goals.
  • Data-driven mindset with knowledge of analytics and performance tools (GA, Ahrefs, YouTube Studio, CRM platforms).
  • Native or near-native English proficiency with strong writing/editing capabilities.
  • Experience creating brand tone-of-voice and content guidelines.
We Offer:
  • Flexible work options: offices in Tallinn, Barcelona, or remote.
  • Paid vacation and sick leave.
  • Competitive salary based on skills and experience.
  • In-house training on crypto trading and blockchain.
  • An opportunity to shape content strategy at the forefront of Web3 innovation.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
