Reporting to the CAO, this role serves as the firm’s authority on analytics, business intelligence, and business performance metrics. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on—able to engage at the executive level while personally shaping critical analyses, dashboards, and insight delivery.

This role partners closely with the Chief Information Officer and the Head of Data Engineering, who owns data pipelines, platforms, and foundational governance. Together, these leaders define data standards, governance, and tooling strategy—while maintaining clear accountability between data supply and data consumption.

  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable analytics initiatives and projects
  • Build deliverables in leading BI and reporting tools to deliver actionable insights and scalable analytics against established timelines and milestones
  • Regularly communicate results and impact to stakeholders and cross functional partners

BI Platforms & Standards

  • Oversee BI and analytics tool selection, implementation, and adoption
  • Standardize metrics, and reporting frameworks across the firm
  • Ensure analytics outputs are intuitive, trusted, and decision-ready

  • Certify analytical outputs and ensure alignment with enterprise data standards

  • Proven ability to influence executive decisions through data and insights
  • Deep expertise in business intelligence, analytics, KPI design, and visualization
