Job Overview 

Do you thrive on transforming organizations with AI-driven efficiencies? We seek a forward-thinking AI strategist to lead AI Innovation at Janea Systems. As Head of AI Innovation, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing AI technologies that enhance internal productivity and improve the value of our software engineering services. This role is internally focused, driving AI adoption, automation, and cultural change across the company. 

Ideal Candidate Profile 

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in AI/ML, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience integrating AI tools into software development, operations, or business processes.
• Strong understanding of AI-driven automation, change management, and organizational transformation.
• Hands-on expertise with AI tools, machine learning frameworks, and workflow automation.
• Ability to drive internal AI adoption through training, evangelism, and cultural change.
• Strong analytical mindset, with experience defining KPIs and impact measurement for AI initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities 

Lead AI Innovation & Strategy 

• Identify and prioritise AI opportunities across Janea Systems.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools into internal workflows and SDLC processes.
• Drive the adoption of AI-powered automation, improving developer productivity and service delivery. 

Enable Organizational AI Adoption 

• Develop and deliver internal AI training programs.
• Foster AI literacy and evangelize AI benefits across the company.
• Design and implement organizational change initiatives to drive AI adoption. 

Measure Impact & Continuous Improvement 

• Define KPIs to track the effectiveness of AI initiatives.
• Establish feedback loops to refine AI strategies and implementations.
• Maintain an AI knowledge repository and promote cross-team knowledge sharing.
