As an HCM Implementation & Support Consultant, you'll lead clients in the design and implementation of HCM systems, manage projects, and ensure effective payroll and HR operations while providing ongoing support and training.
HCM Implementation & Support Consultant
Remote | Client-Facing | Payroll & HR Systems Expert
You’re an expert when it comes to all things payroll and HR operations and you genuinely enjoy it. You love bouncing between hands-on system work, client projects, troubleshooting, testing, audits, reconciliations, and process improvements. You’re the kind of person who can walk into almost any HCM system and figure it out.
If you’ve worked in platforms like iSolved, Paylocity, ADP, Rippling, BambooHR, UKG, Ceridian — or similar — you know the truth: once you understand payroll and HR operations, you can navigate just about any system.
Now you’re ready to use that expertise in a more strategic, consultative way: guiding clients through implementations, helping them design better processes, and supporting them long-term, all while maintaining a real work-life balance.
(Yes, we mean it. Hint: It really does exist here.)
Why BPM?
When you’re considering a new job, it’s normal to have a lot of questions. Here are a few we get all the time:
- Do I have to commute?
Nope. With the exception of scheduled video meetings, you’ll work remotely — from your home office, your kitchen table, or even in your PJs if that’s your thing.
- What makes BPM’s HR Consulting team so special?
The people. Our team comes from diverse backgrounds and brings a wide range of experiences to the table. You’re never expected to know everything — we’re a collaborative group of HR and payroll professionals who support each other as we support our clients.
