  • 3-6 years of experience in fulfillment, manufacturing, or automation system design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel modeling, and basic SQL/database tools.
  • Familiarity with material-handling and automation systems (conveyors, robotics, ASRS, or sortation).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to execute multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel 25%+ to support site visits, vendor tests, and installations.

Bonus:

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
