Company Description

Domeyard, LP is a quantitative hedge fund startup based in Boston, Massachusetts. We focus on developing low latency technologies to achieve extremely consistent, long-term capital growth enabling us to save millions of dollars for market investors each year. Our trading strategies are derived from the latest advances in high-performance computing and data analysis, making us one of the fastest market participants in the world. Domeyard operates around the clock, trading a diverse range of asset classes, including equities, futures, fixed income instruments, energy products and commodities. Innovation is our main differentiator: on any given day, we process more order messages than Google searches and Twitter messages combined. Our continuous pursuit of improvement to our technology enables us to uncover opportunities that are grossly inaccessible to mainstream fund managers and their investment vehicles. For its notable role in the industry, Domeyard is also the protagonist of Harvard Business School's first case study about high frequency trading.

Domeyard is a hedge fund startup based in Boston. We are backed by the founders of one of the largest hedge funds in the world ($55 billion in AUM) and pioneers behind one of the largest public internet companies in Asia. Our operating capital has grown 6x in the past year, and we are seeking people to take part in building a successful, large-scale quantitative-driven financial firm.

Our vision is to set new thresholds for modern computing.
We take pride in possessing some of the fastest trading technologies in the world. Our GUI developers build the latest technologies to visualize petabytes of data and generate fast, data-driven insights. Every day is a learning exercise: you will explore the intersection of computer science, UI design, and finance. We develop and iterate quickly; you will have access to every line of code and can switch between many projects.

We strive to foster the perfect culture for software engineers.
We have a flat structure that puts the software and research positions in the highest regard. Our flexible work hours, casual dress code, and generous employee perks (gaming room, free food, full pantry and kitchen, generous vacation policy, insurance, team bonding activities, etc.) ensure that you can focus on your intellectual curiosities. We welcome diversity and are able to sponsor H1-B visas.

Apply to join us! (Takes ~5 min.)
We are looking for people who share our passion for technology, add a fun-loving character to our team, and inspire each other's growth. We also seek potential candidates that we can help nurture, which is why no financial experience is expected. You will be joining as an early team member and influencing the firm's direction. Feel free to show us any work that demonstrates your interests, e.g. code samples, academic publications, GitHub projects.
