Essential Functions
- Assist Associate, Guest Experience, Partnerships & Development with Line Sheet maintenance.
- Create SKUs, write Purchase Orders, and maintain active/in-active styles within KWI system.
- Assist in maintaining and updating website, conducting weekly audits, organizing layout, categories, launches & collaborations as planned out by Department Director & Associates.
- Coordinate cataloging merchandise for eCommerce site.
- Actively assist Visual Merchandising, Social, Marketing & Product Launch Calendar maintenance.
- Participate in organization and preparation for Photoshoots.
- Monitor assets and maintain catalogs and product decks accurately.
- Pull and share weekly documents as needed.
- Update Purchase Order Tracker and Inventory Master on a daily basis.
- Work in partnership with other coordinators within department on assigned shared projects.
- Upload and monitor Media box submissions for new development.
- Update and maintain product development tracker with cataloguing and media box submissions.
- Update weekly sales topsides and property trackers (SNL, Olympics etc.) sending reports to team.
- Work across all areas of Guest Experience - Tour, Shop and Audiences to assist Associates.
- Lend project management and operational support to greater department initiatives.
- Maintain Vendor and Partnership Contacts.
Qualifications
Eligibility Requirements
- College Degree required or relevant experience
- Proficient in Excel and PPT
- Strong organizations skills and able to efficiently manage projects/requests
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older
Required Qualifications
- Internship or background in merchandising operations or product development
- Ability to actively problem-solve and critically think
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrate computer savvy
- Demonstrate attention to detail and able to perform tasks with minimal supervision and direction
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with project management, ideally Monday.com
- Experience with retail systems such as KWI
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
