This role is offered to active duty service members who are enrolled in the Skillbridge program or are looking for a Skillbridge internship only. This is a contract role for up to 6 months. Interns will be paid through the Skillbridge Program by the Department of Defense.

About the Role:

This role will be a key member of the Go-To-Market Intelligence team to support the Sales and Customer Success Group (CSG) organizations. In this role, you will play a critical role in driving successful execution of GTMI programs and initiatives that accelerate revenue growth and enhance operational effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with our Sales and CSG Strategy & Operations teams to maximize the impact brought through business insights.

Skillbridge applicants will gain experience in program execution, cross-functional alignment, and driving measurable business outcomes, as well as develop experience supporting sales, pre-sales and/or a post-sales customer business. This position reports to the Director in GTM Intelligence.

What You Will Do:
  • Work with GTM Intelligence peers to rationalize strategic objectives and structure solutions that are executable by cross-functional teams

  • Manage strategic programs, tracking timelines, milestones and tasks; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver periodic status updates

  • Partner with operations teams to ensure effective rollout of GTMI dashboards

  • Develop documentation, presentations, and enablement materials to maximize program effectiveness

  • Identify and remove roadblocks to progress, streamline processes, and champion operational excellence

  • Act as the glue within each program - develop creative solutions to drive forward progress when roadblocks are identified
