This role is offered to active duty service members who are enrolled in the Skillbridge program or are looking for a Skillbridge internship only. This is a contract role for up to 6 months. Interns will be paid through the Skillbridge Program by the Department of Defense.
About the Role:This role will be a key member of the Go-To-Market Intelligence team to support the Sales and Customer Success Group (CSG) organizations. In this role, you will play a critical role in driving successful execution of GTMI programs and initiatives that accelerate revenue growth and enhance operational effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with our Sales and CSG Strategy & Operations teams to maximize the impact brought through business insights.
Skillbridge applicants will gain experience in program execution, cross-functional alignment, and driving measurable business outcomes, as well as develop experience supporting sales, pre-sales and/or a post-sales customer business. This position reports to the Director in GTM Intelligence.
What You Will Do:Work with GTM Intelligence peers to rationalize strategic objectives and structure solutions that are executable by cross-functional teams
Manage strategic programs, tracking timelines, milestones and tasks; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver periodic status updates
Partner with operations teams to ensure effective rollout of GTMI dashboards
Develop documentation, presentations, and enablement materials to maximize program effectiveness
Identify and remove roadblocks to progress, streamline processes, and champion operational excellence
Act as the glue within each program - develop creative solutions to drive forward progress when roadblocks are identified
Experience in managing complex programs and projects with multiple stakeholders, objectives, and deliverables
Demonstrates effective time management and can accurately scope project complexity and resource requirements
The ability to communicate cross-functionally, derive requirements, set and meet deadlines
Keen attention to detail while completing complex tasks
Open, growth mindset and high degrees of self motivation, fostered in a fast-paced, high growth, dynamic environment
Ability to roll up sleeves when needed to get things moving
Clear, consistent demonstration of self-starter behavior and a desire to tackle complex challenges
