About Us:

Camber builds software to improve the quality and accessibility of healthcare. We streamline and replace manual work so clinicians can focus on what they do best: providing great care. For more details on our thesis, check out our write-up: What is Camber?

We’ve raised $50M in funding from phenomenal supporters at a16z, Craft Ventures, YCombinator, Manresa, and many others who are committed to improving the accessibility of care. For more information, take a look at: Announcing Camber

About our Culture:

Our mission to change behavioral health starts with us and how we operate. We don’t want to just change behavioral health, we want to change the way startups operate. Here are a few tactical examples:

1) Improving accessibility and quality of healthcare is something we live and breathe. Everyone on Camber’s team cares deeply about helping clinicians and patients.

2) We have to have a sense of humor. Healthcare is so broken, it's depressing if you don't laugh with us.

About the role

Camber's go-to-market motion runs on data. Every named account, every campaign, every event, every pipeline conversation is only as good as the systems underneath it. The GTM Systems Manager owns that layer.

This is a builder role, not a maintenance role. You'll architect how data flows through HubSpot, Clay, and our attribution stack, then scale that infrastructure as we expand into new verticals and move toward Series C. You'll work in weekly lockstep with Sales, partner closely with our external agency, and report directly to the Head of Marketing.

We're looking for someone who's already built this at a company like Clay, Clearbit, or Apollo (or a high-velocity B2B startup) and has strong opinions about how GTM systems should work. You should see a messy HubSpot instance and immediately know what's wrong.

What you'll do

Data Architecture & Enrichment

  • Own the full GTM stack: build and maintain Clay enrichment tables, configure signals (job changes, funding, hiring, new locations), and ensure data flows cleanly into HubSpot.

  • Design and implement account scoring models that sales actually trusts.

  • Architect contact and company data structures in HubSpot, including fields, associations, and lifecycle stages.

  • Build automated enrichment workflows that keep records current without manual intervention.

HubSpot Administration

  • Own CRM architecture: object relationships, custom properties, lifecycle stage definitions, and workflow logic.

  • Build and maintain workflows for lead routing, stage progression, and automated tagging.

  • Ensure all marketing and sales activity is logged correctly for attribution.

  • Manage integrations between HubSpot and Clay, Factors.ai, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Databox.

Reporting & Attribution

  • Build and maintain marketing and sales dashboards in HubSpot and Databox.

  • Own multi-touch attribution methodology and ensure it's correctly implemented across sourced and influenced pipeline.

  • Create self-serve reporting that eliminates weekly manual rebuilds.

  • Troubleshoot reporting discrepancies and trace them back to root data issues.

Event & Campaign Infrastructure

  • Set up tracking for events (UTMs, HubSpot campaigns, attendee tagging) and build post-event workflows for follow-up and pipeline attribution.

  • Support paid media tracking and ensure ad platform data flows correctly into HubSpot.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner with Sales on pipeline reporting, forecasting infrastructure, and process optimization.

  • Support Product Marketing with collateral tracking and engagement analytics.

  • Document all systems, workflows, and processes in Notion.

  • Manage the external agency relationship (Bordeaux & Burgundy) for reporting and workflow support.

About you

Experience

  • 3+ years in marketing ops, revenue ops, or GTM systems at a high-growth B2B company.

  • Deep Clay experience, not just "familiar with." You've built enrichment tables, configured signals, and debugged data quality issues.

  • HubSpot power user: custom objects, complex workflows, reporting builder, and integrations.

  • Hands-on experience with attribution tools (Factors.ai, Dreamdata, HockeyStack, or similar).

  • Background at a data or enrichment company (Clay, Clearbit, Apollo, ZoomInfo) or a company known for strong GTM ops is a strong signal.

Skills

  • Systems architect mindset: you design how data should flow before building anything.

  • Strong analytical thinking: you diagnose why a report looks wrong and trace it back to the data source.

  • SQL proficiency: comfortable querying databases, building custom reports, and validating data.

  • API fluency: comfortable connecting tools, debugging integrations, and working with webhooks.

  • Documentation habit: you write things down without being asked.

Mindset

  • Opinionated about how GTM systems should work.

  • Proactive: you identify problems before they become crises.

  • Low ego: willing to do unglamorous data cleanup when the situation calls for it.

  • Builder mentality: excited about creating infrastructure, not just maintaining it.

  • Curious: you ask "why is this number off?" rather than accepting it.

  • Adaptability: you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Perks & Benefits at Camber
  • Comprehensive Health Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision plans with nationwide coverage, including 24/7 virtual urgent care.

  • Mental Health Support: Weekly therapy reimbursement up to $100, so you can prioritize the care that works best for you.

  • Paid Parental Leave: Up to 12 weeks of fully paid time off for new parents (birth, adoption, or foster care).

  • Financial Wellness: 401K (traditional & Roth), HSA & FSA options, and monthly commuter benefits for NYC employees.

  • Time Off That Counts: Flexible PTO, meaning you're trusted to take the time you need to recharge while balancing your responsibilities and team commitments.

  • Fitness Stipend: $100/month to use on fitness however you choose.

  • Hybrid Flexibility: In NYC? We work in the office 3-5x/week, with flexibility when life happens.

Camber is based in New York City, and we prioritize in-person and hybrid candidates. Please refer to the top of this page for this position's hiring location.

Building an inclusive culture is one of our core tenets as a company. We’re very aware of structural inequalities that exist, and recognize that underrepresented minorities are less likely to apply for a role if they don’t think they meet all of the requirements. If that’s you and you’re reading this, we’d like to encourage you to apply regardless — we’d love to get to know you and see if there’s a place for you here!

In addition, we take security seriously, and all of our employees contribute to uphold security requirements and maintain compliance with HIPAA security regulations.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
