OverviewTwelveLabs is seeking a RevOps Systems Manager to design, build, and manage the infrastructure that powers our go-to-market operations. This is a hands-on and highly technical role focused on the systems, automation, and data flows that connect Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Growth. You will own our CRM, marketing automation, and data enrichment stack—ensuring accuracy, scalability, and visibility across the business. This is a foundational opportunity to shape the systems backbone that drives TwelveLabs’ next stage of growth.
About the roleAs RevOps Systems Manager, you will own the systems and data foundation for TwelveLabs’ go-to-market organization. You will manage HubSpot, Clay, and our marketing automation tools, build workflows that power our GTM processes, and ensure that data is clean, connected, and actionable. Working closely with Sales, Growth, and Partnerships leadership, you will translate go-to-market strategies into scalable systems and automation.
This role requires both strategic thinking and deep technical execution. You should be comfortable building workflows, managing integrations, optimizing data models, and implementing automation across multiple tools. It’s ideal for someone who thrives on turning complexity into clarity and systems into leverage.
What you’ll doOur current GTM stack includes HubSpot, Clay, Avoma, Crossbeam, Mixpanel, Metabase and Salesloft—with new tools under evaluation as we expand our AI-native revenue operations infrastructure.
Own and administer HubSpot as the core GTM platform, managing configuration, data structure, and workflow automation across our growing stack
Own marketing automation systems, ensuring accurate campaign execution, routing logic, and engagement tracking across HubSpot Marketing Hub and Salesloft
Manage data hygiene and enrichment using Clay and other GTM data tools to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability
Build scalable automations that support lead routing, lifecycle management, company ownership, and partner attribution across systems such as Avoma and Crossbeam
Create reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into pipeline, performance, and GTM efficiency
Evaluate and implement new GTM tools and integrations that enhance automation and reporting as we expand our AI-native revenue operations infrastructure
Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and Growth leadership to translate go-to-market priorities into technical and operational systems
Maintain documentation and governance standards for data, workflows, and integrations across the GTM stack
3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems within a high-growth B2B environment
Strong technical expertise in HubSpot, including admin-level experience configuring data models, workflows, and integrations
Proven experience using Clay for enrichment, automation, and GTM data workflows
Experience managing marketing automation tools such as HubSpot Marketing Hub, Outreach, or 6sense, and integrating them with CRM systems
Working knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as Google Sheets, Looker, or SQL-based environments
A systems-oriented mindset with a bias for action, iteration, and clarity
Ability to translate complex GTM requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions
Comfort operating cross-functionally and autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
