We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven GTM Strategy Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that support our strategic accounts and drive account-based marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our strategic accounts and contribute to the growth and profitability of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans: Work closely with the global key account teams to understand the needs and goals of our strategic accounts. Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the account objectives, leveraging account-based marketing strategies.

  • Account-based marketing (ABM) implementation: Create and execute account-based marketing campaigns to target key decision-makers within global key accounts. Develop personalized and targeted content, messaging, and campaigns that resonate with the identified personas and address their specific pain points.

  • Marketing collateral development: Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create compelling marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, white papers, and other materials tailored to the needs of global key accounts. Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all communication channels.

  • Relationship building and stakeholder management: Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders within key accounts, including executives, marketing managers, and other relevant contacts. Act as the main point of contact for marketing-related inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support.

  • Data analysis and reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics of marketing initiatives targeted at strategic accounts. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns, track ROI, and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts to key stakeholders and the management team.

  • Collaboration and cross-functional coordination: Partner with various teams, including sales, product marketing, content marketing, and demand generation, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing strategies and campaigns that support strategic accounts.

  • Market research and competitive analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities. Conduct research to identify new opportunities, potential threats, and best practices that can enhance our marketing strategies for strategic accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in strategic marketing, account-based marketing, or a similar role, preferably in B2B environments.

  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing principles and strategies.

  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adopt new AI-powered tools (e.g., for research, writing, analysis, or customer support).

  • Proactively identifies opportunities to use AI/automation to streamline workflows and improve productivity.

  • Curious and open-minded about emerging technologies, especially AI, and how they can be applied to our business.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at various levels.

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

The US pay range for this position is $115,000 – $130,000 annual base salary. A corporate bonus will also be offered as part of this role. The final annual base salary offered will be based on location and experience level.
